1. Services
ShortLab provides subscription-based short-form video editing services. Clients must provide all raw content and necessary materials for editing.
2. Delivery & Turnaround
Content is delivered in weekly batches based on the selected subscription plan.
All delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:
Content volume
Client responsiveness
Workload
Unforeseen circumstances
ShortLab does not guarantee specific turnaround times beyond reasonable effort.
3. Payments
All plans are billed monthly in advance.
Services begin only after successful payment processing.
Payments are non-refundable once work has started for the billing period.
4. Revisions
Each video includes one (1) revision unless otherwise agreed.
Revisions include minor edits such as:
Caption adjustments
Timing refinements
Minor cut changes
Major restructuring, new concepts, or additional edits may require an additional fee.
5. Cancellation
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
No partial refunds will be issued for unused services within an active billing period.
6. Client Content Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have legal rights to all provided content, including video, audio, music, and graphics.
ShortLab is not liable for copyright or intellectual property violations in client-supplied material.
7. No Performance Guarantee
ShortLab does not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to:
Views
Engagement
Follower growth
Revenue growth
Platform performance and algorithm behavior are outside of our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
ShortLab is not responsible for:
Platform changes
Algorithm updates
Account suspensions
Content performance outcomes
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services within the current billing period.
