1. SOW & Services ShortLab Studio ("Company") provides short-form video editing and digital lead generation services. By subscribing to our "Authority" or "Scale" plans, you ("Client") agree to these terms.
2. Intellectual Property & Ownership Upon receipt of full payment, ShortLab Studio hereby assigns all right, title, and interest in the final edited video deliverables to the Client. The Client retains all ownership of raw footage provided. The Client grants ShortLab Studio a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the finished deliverables in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise requested in writing.
3. Client Responsibilities & Rights The Client warrants that they own the rights to all footage, images, and audio provided to ShortLab Studio. The Client shall indemnify and hold ShortLab Studio harmless against any claims of copyright infringement related to Client-provided materials.
4. Revisions & Approval Each video deliverable includes up to two (2) rounds of minor revisions. Requests for major structural changes after a video has been completed may incur additional fees. Revisions must be requested within 72 hours of delivery.
5. Lead Generation & Data For lead generation services, ShortLab Studio utilizes third-party data enrichment tools (e.g., Apollo, Clay). While we strive for 100% accuracy, we do not guarantee the specific performance, reply rates, or conversion rates of any lead lists or outreach campaigns.
6. Payment & Cancellation Services are billed on a monthly subscription basis via Stripe. All payments are non-refundable once the production cycle has begun for that month. Clients may cancel their subscription at any time; however, cancellation must be submitted at least seven (7) days before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
7. Limitation of Liability ShortLab Studio’s total liability for any claim arising out of this agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client to the Company in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
